Wow, what a professional.
We contacted Upper Cumberland Master Cleaning for a quote to clean our carpets and we were so impressed we hired them for much more. Our carpets look great and dried quickly. Chris also cleaned two chairs, a futon and our area rugs. He even managed to remove our pet’s doggie odors. Then we trusted him to clean our two leather sofas and I swear they look better than new. Tomorrow he is coming back to clean our tile and grout.

It is so nice to be able get a timely appointment- in an urgent situation Chris will come out and take care of a flooded room – it relieves so much anxiety over the possible mold growth or damage to flooring- this young man can diligently remove the excess water within a short time. UCMC cleaned our carpets and tile and they turned out so good! The tile looks brand new!! I didn’t even realize how dirty they were until I saw the results! The carpets came out clean, soft and smelling so fresh! Definitely dont miss the smell of our 3 large furbabies! Thank you UCMC! Will definitely be using your service again in the future!
